Another successful Middle Fork Trail Work Campout is in the books! A huge shout out to all the folks who worked so hard and made it so much fun. A big thank you to USFS for laying out the work, our friends at Cog Wild for providing the after work shuttles, Disciples of Dirt for sending their experts, Oakshire Brewing and Deep Woods Distillery for providing the tasty adult beverages, Benjamin Beamer for once again providing top notch camp cuisine, Neil Weber for driving round trip to Portland twice to fetch and return the cold trailer which kept your food fresh and your beverages frosty, Matt Carson for hauling all of the firewood for the campfire ambiance, the many local bakers that kept us in tasty treats, Keg and Cask Festival for the use of their tables and tents, The Brewer's Union and Becky Chamberlain for the use of their catering equipment, Mike and Monica Hilbrandt for stepping up as crew leaders...whew, that's a lot of folks to make this event happen! Our biggest and most heartfelt thanks goes out to all the men, women and children who gave up their weekend, battled mosquitoes and labored in the woods to make our trails some of the best there are. YOU ALL ROCK!
